Hemochromatosis

Disorder of iron metabolism in which large amount of iron is absorbed characterized by the saturation of iron binding protein and deposition of hemosiderin in tissues such as liver, pancrease and skin may cause cirrhosis of liver, diabetes , bronze pigmentation of skin and eventually heart failure may occur.
