Addison's disease

A disorder characterized by hypotension, weight loss, loss of appetite, weakness and hyperpigmentation of the skin caused by adrenocortical hormone (ADH) deficiency. It is due to tuberculosis (T.B) or autoimmune-induced destruction of the adrenal cortex that results in deficiency in aldosterone and cortisol.
