Meptazinol
Meptazinol is opiod agonist -antagonist with partial opiod agonist activity at the u-1opiod receptor; which mimic effects of naturally occuring pain reducing chemicals(endorphins). It also has cholinergic activity. Meptazinol is used orally and parentrally in the treatment of moderate to severe pain.

Side Effects
