Iotroxate (Meglumine) is prepared by chemical synthesis and not available in any combination preparations.

Side Effects
Iotroxate (Meglumine) in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Nephrotoxicity , Hepatotoxicity , Hepatotoxicity , Sickle crises in sicklers , Hypertensive crises in existing pheochromocytoma.
Iotroxate (Meglumine) produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Anaphylactoid reactions , Bronchospasm , Bronchospasm, Acute Renal Failure , Angioneurotic edema, Acute renal failure, Obstructive nephropathy, Angioneurotic edema, Circulatory collapse, circulatory collapse.
