Indications
Dobutamine (HCl) is primarily indicated in conditions like Acid reflux disease (long-term management), Cardiac surgery, Cardiogenic shock, Cardiomyopathies, Heart failure, Hypotensive shock, Inotropic support in infarction, Septic shock.
Dobutamine (HCl) is also indicated for secondary conditions like Positive end expiratory pressure ventilation.
Contraindications
Dobutamine (HCl) is contraindicated in conditions like Obstructive cardiomyopathy, Constrictive pericarditis, Low cardiac filling pressure, Cardiac temponade, Ventricular arrhythmias.

Side Effects
