Side Effects

Aceclofenac in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Lung haemoptysis, Leucocytoclastic vasculitis.

Aceclofenac produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Peptic ulceration, Severe GI bleeding, Hematotoxicity. Careful monitoring is needed with proper medical management.

The signs and symptoms that are produced after acute overdosage of Aceclofenac are Dizziness, Nausea, Blurred vision, Headache, Vomiting, Renal failure, Apnea, Coma, Hypotension, Drowsiness, Seizures.

Aceclofenac is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Aseptic maningitis, Depression, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Fluid retention, GI discomfort, Headache, Hearing disturbances, Hematuria, Hepatic damage, Hypersensitivity reactions, Insomnia, Nausea, Nephrotic syndrome, nervousness, Pancreatitis, Photosensitivity, Stevens Johnson syndrome, Tinnitus, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Vertigo.

Avoid in porphyria and for nursing mothers. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to this medicine.
