Visceral leishmaniasis

Chronic disease, caused by Leishmania donovani and transmitted by sand fly characterized by leukopenia, anemia, splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, enlargement of lymph node, fever, fatigue, malaise, and secondary infection also occur.
