Sulphamethizole is also indicated for secondary conditions like Otitis media, Prophylaxis of rheumatic fever.

Side Effects
Sulphamethizole in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Dermatitis , Epidermal necrolysis , Stevens johnson syndrome , Anuria.
