Smooth muscle relaxant with actions combining the effects of anticholinergics & calcium channel blockers, used orally to relax the bladder muscles in incontinence from spinal cord leisons or unstable bladder conditions. It may cause dry mouth, blurred vision & drowsiness.

Indications
Propiverine Hydrochloride is primarily indicated in conditions like Neurogenic bladder, Severe nausea and vomiting, Urgency and incontinence.
Propiverine Hydrochloride is also indicated for secondary conditions like Urinary frequency,urgency and incontinence.
Contraindications
Propiverine Hydrochloride is contraindicated in conditions like Glucoma, Myasthenia gravis, Gastro-intestinal atony, Pregnancy, Urinary retention, Breast feeding, Phobic and obsessional states, For termination of pregnancy.
