Fenoldopam

Fenoldopam is a newer peripheral arteriolar dilator used for hypertensive emergencies and postoperative hypertension. It acts primarily as an agonist of Dopamine(D1) recptors resulting in dilation of peripheral arteries and natriuresis.

Side Effects
Fenoldopam in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Reflex tachycardia .
