Tadalafil in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Priapism .

Tadalafil is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Back pain, Dizziness, Dyspepsia , Flushing, Headache, Hypersensitivity reactions, Myalgia, Nasal congestion , Raised intra-ocular pressure, Redness of eye, Visual disturbances, Vomiting .

Warnings / Precautions

It should be used with caution in cardiovascular disease, anatomical deformation of the penis (e.g. angulation, cavernosal fibrosis, peyronie`s disease), and in those with a predisposition to prolonged erection (e.g. in sickle-celll disease, multiple myeloma, or leukemia).

Interference in Pathology

Tadalafil may interfere in the diagnosis of Abnormal LFTs .
