Estriol
Also known as: Oestriol
Estriol is a naturally occuring oestrogen with actions and uses similar to those of oestradiol. Estriol is claimed to have a mild proliferative effect on endometrium. Estriol is used for menopausal hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Estriol is used intravaginally for the short-term treatment of menopausal atrophic vaginitis as acream or as pessaries.

Side Effects
The signs and symptoms that are produced after acute overdosage of Estriol are Nausea, Abdominal cramps, Pain, Tendernen, Break through bleeding.
