Indications
Cinnarizine is primarily indicated in conditions like Motion sickness, Peripheral arterial disease, Peripheral vascular disease, Raynaud`s syndrome, Vestibular disorders, Vestibular symptoms of central and peripheral origin.
Cinnarizine is also indicated for secondary conditions like Nausea and vomiting, Raynaud's disease, Vertigo.
Contraindications
Cinnarizine is contraindicated in conditions like Hypotension, Parkinson's disease.

Side Effects
Cinnarizine in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Extrapyramidal symptoms, Tardive dyskinesia , Parkinsonism .
Cinnarizine produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Respiratory depression, Convulsions , Drowsiness , In wordination. Careful monitoring is needed with proper medical management.
The signs and symptoms that are produced after acute overdosage of Cinnarizine are Respiratory depression, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Respiratory depression, Incoordination , Respiratory depression, Drowsiness, Hypopyrexia, Convulsions .
