NSAID (e.g Tolfenamic acid ) should be used with caution in the elderly, in allergic disorders, during pregnancy and breast-feeding, and in coagulation defects.In patients with renal, cardiac, or hepatic impairment caution is required since the use of NSAID may result in deterioration of renal function the dose shuold be kept as low as possible and renal function should be monitored.
