Enoximone
Enoximone is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor similar to amrinone, with +ve ionotropic and vasodilator activity. Enoximone is administered intravenosly in the management of heart failure.

Side Effects
Enoximone in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Hypotension , Hypotension , Tonic-clonic seizures , Arruthmia.
Enoximone produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Ventricular tachycardia. Careful monitoring is needed with proper medical management.
The signs and symptoms that are produced after acute overdosage of Enoximone are Hypotension, Ventricular, Arrhythmias.
Enoximone is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Abdominal pain, Abnormal liver enzyme values, Chills, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Irritation, Local thrombophlebitis, Nausea, Oliguria, Pain in upper & lower extremities, Sleep disturbance, Thrombocytopenia, Urinary retention, Vomiting .
