Manganese Sulphate in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Extrapyramidal symptoms, Hypermanganesemia, Cholestatic liver disease, Impaired biliary secretion.

Warnings / Precautions

It should be used cautiously in young children and pregnant females. In biliary tract or hepatic dysfunction increased blood concentrations may result because manganese is normally excreted in bile.
