Side Effects

Tulobuterol (HCl) in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Angina , CNS stimulation, Hypertension .

Tulobuterol (HCl) is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Headache, Insomnia, Palpitation, VertigoX, Vomiting .

Warnings / Precautions

Use with caution in the patient with diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperthyroidism. As with other sympathomimetic bronchodilators agents, tulobuterol should be administered cautiously to cardiac patient, espacially those with associated arrhythmias or coronary insufficiency. The concomitant systemic use of tulobuterol with other combined effect on the cardiovascular system may be deleterious to the patient. Tolubuterol should not be prescribed together with beta-blocking agents. Although an intravenous injection of a cardio-selective beta-blocking agent can be given as an specific antidote for tulobuterol over dosage, the agents should be used with caution in the patients with bronchospasm.
