Biliary cirrhosis

Cirrhosis of the liver due to biliary obstruction or infection of the major extra or intra hepatic bile duct. former may lead to cholestasis and proliferation with fibrosis. it is characterized by jaundice, abdominal pain, steatorrhea, and enlargement of liver and spleen.
