Meconium ileus

[Meconium is a dark green mucilagenous material ( mixture of secretion of liver, intestinal gland and amniotic fluid), in the intestine of fetus], so, in this condition due to inspissation of meconium caused by lack of trypsin, intestinal obstruction in the featus or new born occur.
