Chronic idiopathic urticaria
A vascular reaction , ususlly transient, involving the upper dermis, represent localized edema caused by dilatation and increased permeability of capillaries , and marked by development of wheals. stimuli which produce urticaria are food or drugs, foci of infection, physical agents(heat, cold, light, friction), or psychic stimuli.
