Acute renal failure

Sudden and severe inability of a kidney to excrete metabolites at normal plasma level under conditions of normal loading or the inavility to retain electrolyte under normal intake, and is marked by uremia (increased concentration of urea in blood) and difficulty in excretion of urine.
