Description

Rosa damascena Miller. An erect shrub, upto 2 m high. Branches long, arching, with large hooked prickles. Leaves pinnate, leaflets 3-7, petioles prickly. Flowers many in a corymb, double, red, pink or white, slender glandular-hispid and prickly pedicels sweet-scented. Fruit ovoid or obovate, bristly, bright red and pulpy
