Co-Proxamol in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Coma , Blood disorders , blood disorders, slow brathing rate, inflamation of pancreas, slow heart beat, stomach pain, clammy stin, low blood pressure, Liver damage , inflamation if pancreas.

Co-Proxamol produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Hypotension, hypothyroidism, Alcoholic liver disease, gaulluadden disease. Careful monitoring is needed with proper medical management.
