Side Effects

Lumefantrine in overdosage may give rise to further complications which include Fever , Chills .

Lumefantrine is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Cough , Diarrhea, Dizziness, Fatigue, GI disturbance, Headache, Loss of appetite, Muscle pain, Myalgia, Nausea, Palpitation, Pleuritis , Rash, Sleep disturbance, Stiffiness, Vomiting , Weakness.

Warnings / Precautions

Should be use with caution in severely decreased kidney function, Severely decreased liver function, Heart disease. Birth control pills may not work properly while you are taking this medicine. Talk to your doctor about using an extra method of birth control.
