Travoprost
A prostaglandin analogue, it is used to reduce intra-ocular pressure in ocular hypertension or in open-angle glaucoma. Patients receiving prostaglandins should be monitored for any changes to eye coloration since an insrease in the brown pigment in the iris may occur.

Side Effects
Travoprost is known to cause more or less tolerable side effects which are usually transient. These include Blepharitis , Brown pigmentation particularly in those with mixed-color irides, Darkening of palpebral skin, Darkening, thickening, and lenghtening of eye lashes, Dyspnea, Exacerbation of asthma, Irritis and uveitis, Local skin reaction, Macular edema, Ocular irritation and pain, Periorbital and lid edema, Transient punctate epithelial erosions.
